So my mom got married on thursday, since then i have been eating like 3000 cals a day. Next week i want too eat way less, maybe abc diet - cals from vegies and fruit… 2 months, 20 lbs, who thinks i can do it, here we go…

Today i binged on a bag of chips, and coke. I dont even like coke! WTF!!! but i did swim 4K meh

Well i fuckin failed today!! Cupcakes, pizza, and chips :( oh yeah and coffee i really need to control what i eat or start swimming again!
Day 1:
20 days till my momma gets married, time to tone up! Heres the plan: -No more, junk food (chips, pop, muffins, donuts, candy, chocolate, carbs!) -Gym everyday! Hard core Time too tone up, and less coffee!!!!
